She became a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2004 and received her designation as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) from The American College in 2014. A believer in giving back to her profession, Rebecca serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Planned Giving Today. She is past president of the board of the Chesapeake Planned Giving Council and former board member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
